Co-Founder | Strategic Growth & Scale-Up Specialist
Jarret is an American business executive and serial entrepreneur known for turning early-stage ideas into multimillion-dollar ventures. He founded and bootstrapped Incident Response Technologies (IRT), a GovTech company that grew from zero to millions in revenue and served hundreds of customers globally. After raising $2.5 million in venture capital, he led IRT to a successful acquisition by The Riverside Company and integration with Omnigo Software.

Today, Jarret serves as the Vice President of North America for EMERES, Inc., and continues to lead ventures across GovTech, real estate, and business coaching. As Managing Director of the BetaBlox accelerator program, he’s committed to helping the next generation of entrepreneurs build resilient, scalable companies.

Katie is a seasoned healthcare leader turned business strategist with deep expertise in operations, education, and process optimization. With a background as an ICU nurse, Nursing Director, and educator with a master's in Health Systems Leadership, she understands the high-stakes demands of both clinical and corporate environments.

Katie built and sold a 7-figure e-commerce business, then launched Alpha Echo Consulting to help others do the same—streamlining operations, documenting systems, and building scalable processes through SOPs, playbooks, and training programs. Her unique blend of real-world experience and systems thinking makes her an indispensable partner for growing businesses.

Together, Katie and Jarret combine strategic insight with practical implementation—helping founders and teams turn chaos into clarity and ideas into impact.
